Contemporary twist on a mexican classic. Adding a dash of Elderflower sweetens the sourness
Ingredients
50ml Tequila
10ml bottlegreen elderflower cordial
15 ml Conintrau
Juice of one lime
Glass
Martini/Margarita Glass if available
Decoration
Salted rim
Lime Wedge
Method
Salt the rim of the glass
Shake all ingredients with ice
strain into Martini Glass/Margarita Glass if available
serve with lime slice
