50ml strawberry juice/puree
30ml bottlegreen spiced berry cordial
3 heaped teaspoons of date syrup*
30ml sloe gin
top with pink tonic (classic tonic can be used)
garnish with optional popping candy
Thinly slice dates, add the juice of half a tangerine, two teaspoons of caster sugar. Heat up in the microwave for 30 seconds and beat with spoon.
GLASS: 12oz Highball
How to mix
Build over ice, add the teaspoons over the ice and add the gin and spiced berry cordial top with the tonic water.
