50ml gin
10ml bottlegreen Blackberry, Apple & Sloe Cordial
10ml winter spiced sugar syrup
25ml lemon juice
Ice
WINTER SPICE SUGAR SYRUP INGREDIENTS
1 part sugar
1 part water
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
GLASS: 12oz Highball
How to make
Simmer the sugar, water and spices for ten minutes in a pan then leave to cool to create your spiced sugar syrup.
To serve, combine bottlegreen Blackberry, Apple & Sloe Cordial with gin in a glass. Add lemon juice and syrup.
Fill the glass with smashed ice.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and cinnamon stick.
