Bakewell Tart

Not Mary Berry, but very merry, this Amaretto infused drinkable dessert is garnished with freeze dried raspberries and features the fruity flavours of cranberry and lemon for a zesty, refreshing yet totally indulgent treat. Enriched with bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial, its warming blend of blackcurrants and aronia berries is carefully blended with aromatic spices for a delicious seasonal finish.

Ingredients

  • 25ml bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial
  • 25ml Disaronno Amaretto
  • 50ml Cranberry juice
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Aquafaba or 1/2 Egg white
  • Freeze-dried raspberries

Method

      01 Pour all ingredients into a shaker over cubed ice and shake for 8 seconds. Strain into martini glass and garnish with freeze dried raspberries.
      02 For a non-alcoholic version of this tipple, simply leave out the Disaronno Amaretto
