Ingredients

25ml mulled Spiced Berry syrup*
25ml sloe gin
25ml cranberry juice
25ml red grape juice
*Mulled Spiced Berry Syrup Ingredients:
150ml bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial
50ml water
50ml cranberry juice
1 star anise
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick (8cm)
1/2 clementine (w/skin)
Method
01 To make the mulled syrup, pour all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit until room temperature. Strain into a bottle or jug for use later on.
02 Once ready to make your serve, pour all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a sherry or port glass and enjoy.
