Apple & Elderflower Cooler
A beautifully balanced blend of fragrant elderflower and naturally cloudy apple juice, brightened with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 20ml bottlegreen elderflower cordialâ
- 60ml white grape juiceâ
- 6 mint leaves, lightly slapped
- Ice
- 180ml chilled soda waterâ
- Frozen whole white grapes and sprigs of mint to garnish
Method
- 01 Add the mint to a glass
- 02 Pour over the elderflower cordial and white grape juice
- 03 Fill the glass with ice, top generously with chilled soda water, and give a gentle lift from the bottom to combine
- 04 Finish with a handful of frozen whole grapes for a clean, elegant drink
