Hugo Spritz
Bringing a light, effervescent sparkle and fresh elderflower notes to the glass. Mint and lime add a bright, refreshing finish.
Ingredients
- 25ml Elderflower Cordial
- 50ml Elderflower Sparkling Pressé
- 75ml Prosecco
Method
- 01 Fill a large wine glass with hard cubed ice
- 02 Pour over 25ml bottlegreen Wild Elderflower cordial
- 03 Add 75ml chilled Prosecco, pouring gently to keep the fizz
- 04 Top with 50ml bottlegreen Elderflower Pressé
- 05 Give a light stir to combine
- 06 Garnish with fresh mint and a wheel of lime, then serve
