Cotswold’s cider
bottlegreen Ginger with a hint of Lemongrass Cordial
clementine
star anise
clove
25ml mulled Ginger with a hint of Lemongrass syrup
150ml Cider

150ml bottlegreen Ginger with a hint of Lemongrass Cordial
100ml water
1 star anise
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick (8cm)
1/2 clementine (w/skin)
Method
01 To make the mulled syrup, pour all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let sit until room temperature. Strain into a bottle or jug for use later on.
02 When you’re ready to make your serve, pour all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a mug or glass and garnish with a toffee apple, cinnamon stick, or pear slice.
