Raspberry Mojito

A simple recipe using our Lime & Mint Cordial to deliver the all-time favourite mojito, with a tasty twist of raspberries for a sweet and refreshing summers drink.

Ingredients

Serves 1
  • 50ml White rum
  • 25ml bottlegreen Lime & Mint Cordial
  • 4-5 Raspberries
  • Sparkling water
  • Mint to garnish

Method

  1. 01 Add the raspberries, Lime & Mint Cordial and white rum to a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine and release the juices of the raspberries.
  2. 02 Pour over a full glass of ice, and top with sparkling water.
  3. 03 Stir to combine the flavours, garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
