Ingredients
- 25ml bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial
- 35ml spiced rum
- 10ml Monin popcorn
- 2tsp chocolate spread
- 1tsp unsweetened raw cacao
- 75ml full fat milk
- 50ml single cream
- Flamed XL marshmallow
Method
- 01 Put all ingredients except the cream, popcorn syrup and marshmallow into a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
- 02 To make the popcorn cream put the single cream and popcorn syrup into a cocktail shaker or jar and add the coil of a hawthorn strainer and shake for 8 seconds to thicken the cream.
- 03 Add the cream over the top of the spiked chocolate by pouring over a back of a tablespoon. Top the cream with a flamed marshmallow on a stick.
- 04 For a non-alcoholic version of this tipple, simply leave out the spiced rum.
