Ingredients
Serves 1
25ml bottlegreen Spiced Berry Cordial
35ml spiced rum
10ml Monin popcorn
2tsp chocolate spread
1tsp unsweetened raw cacao
75ml full fat milk
50ml single cream
Flamed XL marshmallow
Method
01 Put all ingredients except the cream, popcorn syrup and marshmallow into a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
02 To make the popcorn cream put the single cream and popcorn syrup into a cocktail shaker or jar and add the coil of a hawthorn strainer and shake for 8 seconds to thicken the cream.
03 Add the cream over the top of the spiked chocolate by pouring over a back of a tablespoon. Top the cream with a flamed marshmallow on a stick.
04 For a non-alcoholic version of this tipple, simply leave out the spiced rum.
